Returns & Exchange
At CraftifyZone, your satisfaction is our primary objective, and we strive to make your shopping experience delightful. In the rare instance that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please refer to our unique exchange policy outlined below.
Defective or Damaged Products:
- Notify us at info@crafityzone.com within 24 hours if you receive defective or damaged products, attaching pictures and a brief video showcasing the defects.
- In the case of damages evident upon arrival, inform us with pictures via email within 24 hours, allowing us to investigate any transit issues with our courier partners.
- Bamboo Lamps are non-returnable/non-exchangeable once sold.
- We offer a 7-day No Questions Asked Return, applicable only when the original packaging and tags are intact, and the product remains unused.
- Photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
- Products damaged after use, and return requests made beyond the specified timeframe will not be accepted.
- Customized products or special bulk orders do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We reserve the right to conduct a thorough quality check before approving an exchange.
- Any returned item not meeting the stipulated requirements will be sent back to the customer at their expense, with no reimbursement.
- Email at info@craftifyzone.com Provide your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and images of the defective item with its packaging.
- Pack the product in its original packaging with the invoice, tags, and any additional inclusions.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup from the delivery location.
- After the product reaches our warehouse, undergoes quality inspection, and passes, a new piece will be dispatched within standard shipping timelines.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a Credit Note for the full amount will be issued within 24-48 hours, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- International orders do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
- In case of damaged or defective products, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source.
- Refunds for damaged or defective goods will be initiated upon the customer’s email report, including images and a video of the damaged/defective product during unpacking.
- Products damaged after use will not be accepted for return and refund.
- No refunds are provided for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the mandated Duty or does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.
