Shipped on time but took several weeks to arrive. The shade is very nice quality and arrived in perfect condition. The cord for the fixture is just cheap zip-cord. I removed it and replaced with a higher quality colored cord for safety and aesthetics. I bought the one with yellow stripe at top and the yello is not quite as bright as the photos and is a bit hard to see sometimes. It overall the light is very nice and I like it a lot.
