Returns / Replacements / Refunds Overview

Craftifyzone assures you that every product offered is brand new and 100% genuine. Our Return Policy safeguards buyers against ‘damaged,’ ‘defective,’ and ‘not as described’ products.

For ordinary returns, where the product is neither defective nor damaged, the buyer incurs the cost of both-way shipping. This precaution is taken to uphold the interests of our sellers.

Craftifyzone presents a straightforward 7-day return policy, allowing customers to return items within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange or Return:

• All returned items must be in an unwashed and unused condition.
• Items should be returned with the original packaging and tags intact; items without tags won’t be accepted.
• Craftifyzone reserves the right to conduct a thorough quality check before issuing a credit or exchanging the product.
• Any returned item not meeting the specified conditions will not be accepted, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Non-returnable Items:

• Made-to-order/custom products.
• Bamboo lamps/lampshades are not eligible for return.
• Items not in their original packaging, including freebies or accessories.
• Products damaged due to use.
• Items received in a condition different from what the seller shipped.

Handling Defective or Damaged Products:

• Notify us at info@craftifyzone.com within 24 hours of receiving defective or damaged products, attaching pictures and a brief video highlighting the issue.
• Report damages within 48 hours of delivery with accompanying pictures to address any transit issues with third-party couriers.

Initiating the Return Process:

• Buyers must capture images and a short video, attaching both in the Return Section of the product or via email within 1 day of receiving the product (exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis).

Refund Process:

• After receiving and thoroughly checking returned goods, a ‘store credit’ is typically issued within 24-48 hours.

Understanding ‘Store Credit’:

• Store credit acts as online cash, securely stored in your CraftifyZone account or issued as a gift card/coupon via mail.
• Store credit is valid for 1 year, enabling its use for future purchases without any restrictions.
